Any returned item must bepostmarked within 3 business days after you have received it. A return form will be included in your box to fill out and return with your wig. You can select your choice of a refund or store credit. There is a 5% restocking fee on every item refunded. . There is NO restocking fee if you choose the Gardeaux Wigs Gift Card for store credit.
For store credit we only ask you cover all shipping costs.We highly recommend U.P.S. Ground Advantage which has tracking included and a reasonable cost. You will receive a digital gift card number in an email for your credit amount and that can be used towards purchases on our website. This credit number does not expire. We cannot issue the credit or refund until your wig is received. Should you see a wig you desire to purchase before we receive the return, simply email us or write us a note on the return form to inform us a replacement has been purchased. A full refund can be issued as long as the replacement is of equal or greater value to the original order.
We are not responsible for color discrepancies as different monitors and screens show color differently. You can exchange the wig without a restocking fee for a email gift card that does not expire. If the wig is not in the same condition and in original packaging as when it was sent, your wig will be returned to you, and you will not receive your credit. If the lace on your wig has been cut or the wig has been altered in any way the wig will be ineligible for exchange. Please return the wig in the same packaging you received it in. You do not have to return the wig caps included for trying on the wig. Please make sure you are happy with your wig before cutting the lace. If the wig smells of perfume, or any hair product, or of smoke it will be not be eligible for return.
* If in the rare occurrence you believe you have received a defective wig please contact us immediately so we can rectify the matter. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to contact us and send the wig back to us for inspection if you feel the wig is defective. After 30 days from the date of delivery you will not be eligible for any assistance in this matter.
We do not return or exchange any of our hair care products, accessories, or headwear.
Cancelled Orders:
There will be a 5% fee taken on all cancelled orders. This fee is to cover the credit card merchant fees we are charged on every transaction that we do not get back when an order is cancelled.
SHIPPING INFORMATION:
When you order a wig from our Ready to Ship section we ship the wig out within two buisness days on weekdays. We do not ship on weekends. You will have a choice of UPS and DHL options for shipping. You may choose overnight shipping as an option. You will receive an email telling you the tracking information. Due to theft of packages being left at the door, we require an adult signature upon delivery. You can opt out of the signature requirement, however if you do the shipment will be your responsibility after it is scanned by the shipper. We will not replace or refund the stolen item. We cannot be responsible if there are delays in shipping dates promised by the carrier if we ship the wig as promised.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING :
CUSTOMS DUTY CHARGES: Please be aware of your country's customs import allowances and restrictions. As the importer, customs import duties/fees are the customer's responsibility.
